We are looking for a talented “MATLAB Head”. In this role, you will be required to collaborate with a team of engineers to ensure successful project completion. Develop and maintain project plans and schedules. Communicate project status to stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Strong knowledge in using the MATLAB (Simulink, Stateflow) software environment including programming.
- Experience in Model Based Simulation setup, validation, and verification.
- Experience in developing mathematical models of vehicles at the system and subsystem level.
- Experience in Model Based SW development for ADAS systems like BSD, AEB, ACC, CWS, etc.
- Exposure to M-scripting/python will be an added advantage.
- Experience in auto code generation using Embedded Coder
- Knowledge of MISRA-C guidelines and MAAB guidelines
- Experience of MIL-SIL-PIL & HIL testing
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering
- 5+ years of professional experience in MBD
- 2+ years of professional experience in designing controller models for AEB, BSD, ACC, etc.
- 1+ years of experience of end to end development of products using MBD
- Degree discipline in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related degree
- Experience with agile methods, DOORS
A successful candidate will possess
- MS in Electrical | Electronics Engineering
- Ability to manage ECU documentation (Schematic, BOM, Assembly, Layout, HW/SW interface, system/hardware requirements)
- Good knowledge of electronic components and technical data sheets (especially power components)
- Knowledge of standard CAD for electrical design. Use of Altium Designer for schematic entry and PCB design
- Understanding of vehicle electrical systems; good knowledge of the vehicle bus systems such as CAN, LIN, PWM and residual bus simulation tools (e.g., CANoe or Peak CAN/LIN)
- Fluent in English (spoken) Experience in similar role is a must. Automotive (preferred)
- Availability to travel, good communication skills and ability to support customers

- Manage the flow of information from and to suppliers of printed circuit boards and electronic assemblies
- Work concurrently with the design engineers to interface with local customers to define requirements and understand issues with the product
- Support to sales in RFQ (Request for quotation) phase
- Feasibility and pre-layout analysis according to space constraints, heat dissipation and EMC
- Layout design of multilayers and high-density PCBs ensuring manufacturability, quality and testability
- Help maintaining components libraries and ECU technical documentation
- Support investigation into failures of prototypes (part analysis)

- Preparing data for monthly GST returns
- Providing accurate data to consultants for filing of various returns (Income tax / TDS, /GST / FLA, /TP /Profession Tax)
- Calculating Advance tax
- Maintaining minimum balance with Insurance company & keeping this account reconciled
- Maintaining correct data for finalising the books of accounts for the financial year in India and the calendar year for.
- Monitoring and maintaining employee gratuity fund transactions.
- Keeping the physical & soft records of (Minutes of board meetings, appointment of Directors, Transfer pricing reports and financial records)
- Preparing cash flow statement for next three months at the end of current month
- Keeping track of all insurance policies and agreements and updating new agreements on the company’s portal
- Dealing with all third-party agencies like Banks / CA / TP consultant / CS / etc.
- Any other work ancillary to the above and work assigned by Finance controller / CEO
Responsibilities
- To discuss the Test report and test objective and add comments on the test request accordingly
- To schedule meeting and get right/complete inputs
- Review and analyze the inputs
- Feedback loop till acceptance
- Get full kit ready to initiate the test
- Maintain Test stand for calibration
- To adhere to NABL and TS norms
- To make test setup according to test standards
- To maintain and record test results
- To observe where the test is not giving correct results and elevate to seniors
- To record the test results and cross check with all the available products
- Maintain incoming sample traceability with right identification
- Storage to the identified location & ensure a flow of sample throughout the lab till disposal action.
- Follow to adhere to the maintenance and safety plan
- Identifying key equipment spares & maintain the stock.
- Ensuring housekeeping of test lab facility as per defined zone/area
- To get the acknowledgement for the test results from engg dept and then close the loop
Knowledge
